Just did my first day today, Im not out of shape, but im a 32 y/o guy that has seen fat in parts of my stomach that i hate and never had in my 20s! Very sore but its a good sore. Tony is so annoying at times you want to put your foot through the t.v. but I just keep thinking of the end resaults! My 22 y/o fit girlfriend is doing it as well, just different type of toning program. Keep you posted!

I am restarting my first week after the Chest and back dvd and plyometrics dvd kicked the sh*t out of me. I work out regularly and swim regularly but I never thought i was this out of shape, but this is the reason i am doing the p90x system. Anyone have any good tips for getting over the soreness? After the ab ripper x dvd i have sore muscles in my legs i never knew existed. Great program i can't with till the soreness goes away and i can truely bring it.

I'm staring my 2nd week of p90x. The chest and arms kept me sore for 3-4 days after the intial workout last week, and I had to split it up into to separate time periods to get through. Today though, I was able to get through the entire thing without feeling sick or needing to slow down. I think the first week was just a wake-up call, so now I'm fully ready to go. Good luck.

[...] Last week saw my introduction to the P90X routine with the Chest and Back workout. Again this week, this workout beat me up. I got nauseous about half way through again, but I stuck it out, and now about a half hour later, I feel great. Unlike last week, I was able to get through the warmups without getting winded. That’s a small, noticeable improvement. [...]
