P90X, Day 2 — Plyometrics

Ply­o­met­rics is prob­a­bly the tough­est work­out in P90X. This rou­tine always kicks my ass and I have yet to com­plete an entire ses­sion. So if you have trou­ble with this one, know you are not alone.

P90X Plyometrics

They say that those who have trou­ble with Ply­o­met­rics, they can sub­sti­tute it with Car­dio X. For me, my trou­ble is not with a lim­i­ta­tion from injury or the poten­tial of injury as a result of the work­out. If that was the case, that I would injure myself from it, I would use Car­dio X. My trou­ble comes from the chal­lenge of this vig­or­ous work­out. The more times I do it, the bet­ter I will get. As I’ve men­tioned before, know you lim­its. Know the dif­fer­ence between some­thing that will cause an injury and some­thing that will chal­lenge and improve you.
