Plyometrics is probably the toughest workout in P90X. This routine always kicks my ass and I have yet to complete an entire session. So if you have trouble with this one, know you are not alone.
They say that those who have trouble with Plyometrics, they can substitute it with Cardio X. For me, my trouble is not with a limitation from injury or the potential of injury as a result of the workout. If that was the case, that I would injure myself from it, I would use Cardio X. My trouble comes from the challenge of this vigorous workout. The more times I do it, the better I will get. As I’ve mentioned before, know you limits. Know the difference between something that will cause an injury and something that will challenge and improve you.
