P90X, Day 3 — Shoul­ders and Arms

P90X Shoulders & ArmsSo, this morn­ing I was def­i­nitely feel­ing it from yesterday’s Ply­o­met­rics work­out. I was expect­ing it and, in a way, it felt good. It was that good kind of sore that’s a sign of a good, chal­leng­ing work­out. It’s pos­i­tive feed­back that you pushed your­self and to keep going.

Today, it was back to the weights with the Shoul­ders and Arms work­out. It mostly uses dumb­bells and goes in a pat­tern of shoul­der exer­cise, biceps exer­cise, tri­ceps exer­cise then repeat.

These are exer­cises are always chal­leng­ing and really give me a boost of energy in the morn­ing. It’s the kind of energy that lasts through the day.
