So, this morning I was definitely feeling it from yesterday’s Plyometrics workout. I was expecting it and, in a way, it felt good. It was that good kind of sore that’s a sign of a good, challenging workout. It’s positive feedback that you pushed yourself and to keep going.
Today, it was back to the weights with the Shoulders and Arms workout. It mostly uses dumbbells and goes in a pattern of shoulder exercise, biceps exercise, triceps exercise then repeat.
These are exercises are always challenging and really give me a boost of energy in the morning. It’s the kind of energy that lasts through the day.
