P90X Kenpo XKenpo X is a fun work­out rou­tine, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. This is P90X, remem­ber?

For about an hour you are mov­ing, kick­ing, punch­ing, and throw­ing blocks. This work­out gets the blood flow­ing quickly and before you know it you are sweat­ing up a storm. When your done you feel unbe­liev­ably great and are drenched in sweat.

This will chal­lenge your endurance. You do not stop mov­ing for the entire ses­sion. Even dur­ing the “breaks” you are still moving.
