Kenpo X is a fun workout routine, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. This is P90X, remember?
For about an hour you are moving, kicking, punching, and throwing blocks. This workout gets the blood flowing quickly and before you know it you are sweating up a storm. When your done you feel unbelievably great and are drenched in sweat.
This will challenge your endurance. You do not stop moving for the entire session. Even during the “breaks” you are still moving.
