P90X, Day 10 — Shoul­ders and Arms

P90X Shoulders & ArmsToday was a return to the Shoul­ders and Arms rou­tine. This is a great rou­tine that focuses on the shoul­ders, biceps and tri­ceps. If you don’t feel it with this one your not work­ing hard enough. I know that’s cliche, but it def­i­nitely applies here.

The Bowflex Select­tech Dumb­bells are def­i­nitely worth look­ing into for the rou­tines such as the Shoul­ders and Arms work­out. Most of us don’t have the room, or money, to get every dumb­bell from 5lbs. and up. They have a sturdy con­struc­tion and feel solid in your hands. For the begin­ners, the Select­tech Dumb­bells may not be nec­es­sary, but as you con­tinue on it’ll be worth­while to make the invest­ment and upgrade.
