P90X, Day 24 — Core Synergistics
Its been a bit of a while since I’ve done the Core Synergistics workout. As the name implies, it focuses on the muscles that make up your torso. Your abs, your back, and your legs. It was obvious I haven’t done this routine in a while and I was sucking wind about half way through. Plyometrics may beat me up, but it doesn’t knock the wind out of me like Core Synergistics did today.
This has some very difficult exercises. The Plank to Chaturanga Run, the Prison Cell Pushup & the Sphinx Pushup all give your mid-section a tremendous workout. The sides of my torso are definitely still feeling it.
