P90X, Day 25 — Kenpo X

P90X Kenpo XI’ve said before that Kenpo X is a fun work­out. It gets you up and mov­ing dif­fer­ent parts of you body. Not only does it test your endurance with keep­ing up with the pace that is set, some of the exer­cises will test you balance.

For me, this rou­tine takes me about 20 min­utes to get into. I don’t mean I’m not try­ing for that first 20 min­utes, it’s that I catch my stride about twenty min­utes in. After that, I’m cruis­ing through for the next 40 min­utes of the rou­tine. By the time I’m done, I’m drenched in sweat and ener­gized. Now, I do like to switch it up and do Car­dio X instead of Kenpo X just to get some vari­ety. But over­all this a great rou­tine that brings bal­ance to the P90X work­out with the other heavy, mus­cle build­ing workouts.
