I’ve said before that Kenpo X is a fun workout. It gets you up and moving different parts of you body. Not only does it test your endurance with keeping up with the pace that is set, some of the exercises will test you balance.
For me, this routine takes me about 20 minutes to get into. I don’t mean I’m not trying for that first 20 minutes, it’s that I catch my stride about twenty minutes in. After that, I’m cruising through for the next 40 minutes of the routine. By the time I’m done, I’m drenched in sweat and energized. Now, I do like to switch it up and do Cardio X instead of Kenpo X just to get some variety. But overall this a great routine that brings balance to the P90X workout with the other heavy, muscle building workouts.
