This week is the recovery week between Phase I and Phase II. With that, this week includes two sessions with Core Synergistics. Earlier this week this workout really took it out of me and I was barely half way through and already sucking air. This morning was no different. I even found myself hitting the pause button after the Squat X-Press to catch my breath.
While I’m able to barely keep up, I still like this workout. You feel it working in your midsection during the workout and I’m still feeling it in my sides long after I finished.
