P90X, Day 27 — Core Syn­er­gis­tics, Part 2

P90X Core SynergisticsThis week is the recov­ery week between Phase I and Phase II. With that, this week includes two ses­sions with Core Syn­er­gis­tics. Ear­lier this week this work­out really took it out of me and I was barely half way through and already suck­ing air. This morn­ing was no dif­fer­ent. I even found myself hit­ting the pause but­ton after the Squat X-Press to catch my breath.

While I’m able to barely keep up, I still like this work­out. You feel it work­ing in your mid­sec­tion dur­ing the work­out and I’m still feel­ing it in my sides long after I finished.
