Today was supposed to be Kenpo X, but after the number Core Synergistics did on my mid-section last week, I decided to swap out Kenpo X with Core Synergistics. I enjoy Kenpo X, don’t get me wrong, but of all the workouts Kenpo X is the one that I get accustomed to the quickest.
Kenpo X challenges my endurance and my balance. It’s a fast paced, calorie burning workout. I’ll put it back in the lineup next week. This week I wanted to continue the work on my mid section that started last week. I’m telling you there are some tough exercises in this workout, the prison cell pushup, the sphinx pushup, the squat x press, and the list goes on.
Core Synergistics will put you through the ringer.
