		<description>Great Work!  I feel the same way about Kenpo, it&#039;s fun but I don&#039;t feel as much burn with it.  I have heard that people add weighted gloves to kenpo.  Good Luck!</description>

		<description>I really like your idea of substituting Core Synergistics for Kenpo X.  I&#039;ve found that Kenpo X doesn&#039;t do it for me, either, so I&#039;ve tried upping the intensity of the session by holding light dumbbells (3 lbs each) while performing the punches, jabs and blocks.  It&#039;s helped, but I&#039;d much rather do Core Syn -- it&#039;s just a lot more enjoyable and varied.  Great tip!</description>
