P90X, Day 90 — Yoga X

P90X Yoga XAnd it’s Yoga X that will wrap up this round of P90X.

This round of P90X has been great. I may not have lost all of the weight that I wanted, but that by no means makes this any less suc­cess­ful. I still lost a good amount of weight, to the tune of 20 pounds. I also reviewed my work­out sheets from Day 1 to Day 90 and I see a notice­able increase in both reps and weight used for exercises.

I feel much stronger too and I’m not stop­ping here. I still have more weight to lose and I bet I can con­tinue to get stronger and more fit.

Since I took some time off a few weeks back, I’m not going go take time off now. I’m start­ing the next round tomor­row with day 91. See you then!

    Con­grats on grad­u­at­ing from Round 1. 20 lbs. is awe­some — nice job! I guess I didn’t real­ize Yoga is Day 90. That’s like kiss­ing your sis­ter. :(

  3. Thanks Jeff. I wouldn’t con­sider fin­ish­ing the first round with Yoga X that bad, espe­cially since I was right back at it with Chest and Back yesterday.
