P90X, Day 91 — Chest and Back

P90X Chest and BackMy next round of P90X starts today and it’s back to on of my favorite work­outs, Chest and Back. It’s just push ups fol­lowed by pull ups fol­lowed by more push ups and then repeat.

It’s been a good while since I’ve got­ten nau­seous dur­ing this work­out. And I know this hasn’t hap­pened to just me since I’ve read other’s posts about their first expe­ri­ences with the Chest and Back work­out and that two com­mon searches that bring peo­ple here are P90X first day nau­seous and P90X Chest and Back nauseous.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s not like I want to get sick while work­ing out. I was just think­ing back to the first few times I did this work­out. At the half way mark every time the nau­sea would kick in.

Here’s some start­ing stats (and end­ing stats for the round I fin­ished yesterday):

Weight: 229 lbs
Waist: 38″
