My next round of P90X starts today and it’s back to on of my favorite workouts, Chest and Back. It’s just push ups followed by pull ups followed by more push ups and then repeat.
It’s been a good while since I’ve gotten nauseous during this workout. And I know this hasn’t happened to just me since I’ve read other’s posts about their first experiences with the Chest and Back workout and that two common searches that bring people here are P90X first day nauseous and P90X Chest and Back nauseous.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s not like I want to get sick while working out. I was just thinking back to the first few times I did this workout. At the half way mark every time the nausea would kick in.
